Half man. Half goat. All Hallow's Eve.

Gabby is a young wannabe mechanic, who has just moved into a new neighborhood in the suburbs of Maryland. On Halloween Night, she encounters a slew of trick-or-treaters who tell her of a local legend called the Goatman.
